She also serves as one of our outreach workers.\nDental referrals (by the community nurse)\n\n\nPractical Help: Shower and laundry tokens\, toiletries\, emergency food packs\, kettle packs\, tents\, sleeping bags\, and warm clothing (for rough sleepers and people in emergency accommodation).\nFoodbank referrals\nFuel Voucher support when funding is available*\n\nIf someone comes with an issue we cannot resolve directly\, we connect them with the right service to ensure they get the support they need.
