Much busier than last week, 43 hungry people through the door and 24 in the first 4 minutes. The kitchen volunteers were rushed off their feet tonight. The main meal went, every last scrap.  Jan had made a Bolognese sauce with 5KG of mince that had been donated by West Berkshire Brewery this was served on top of Jacket Potatoes.[...]

This session was one of the quietest we have had for a while only 35 people. We had Roast Vegetable Soup, Pork, Frankfurter and Bean Stew made by the head chef Henry from the wonderful Henry and Joes restaurant. A cold evening, 43 people in and 36 people through in 6 minutes according to the lovely ladies on the door. We had Broccoli Soup, two big pans of Chicken Curry, Green Beans, a Potato and a Tomato Salad.
