Here we offer a wide range of vital services to support those facing challenges: Being homeless or having difficulties with housing shouldn’t prevent you from getting the health and support you need. \nAt our clinics\, you can meet the Community Nurses if you need help with a mental health or physical condition. \nAll our outreach services are free of charge\, ensuring support for those who need it most. \nEye tests & Eye Health checks: \nProvided my Specsavers Newbury https://www.specsavers.co.uk/about/charitable-partnerships/homelessness?srsltid=AfmBOorLrG7UI9MTwaKneumNmVYyaoNT2tQIfTgQIofLQJq8URAf5b6N                                                                                                                                                                                              These Tuesday dates are advertised on our Social Media and Website and is held due to Optometrist availability \n\nPIP and UC application form support from Newbury Soup Kitchen outreach workers\, to include form filling and phone calls.\nCommunity Nurses (Health Outreach Liaison team HOLT)    https://www.berkshirehealthcare.nhs.uk/our-services/physical-and-community-healthcare/health-outreach-liaison-team-holt/\nWe can also offer pregnancy testing\, and the Community Nurse can provide and advice and support.\nDental referrals (by the community nurse)\nFuel debt and Utility issue support\nSovereign Housing and other Tenancy support rent arrears and general support\nOutreach workers from the Rough Sleeper Team of West Berkshire Council drop in too.\nLiver Health Checks and Scanning  https://www.royalberkshire.nhs.uk/news/liver-health-checkscheck our social media.\nSupport opening bank accounts for people without an address\nFurry friends support for dogs who are also rough sleeping\n\nPractical Help: Shower and laundry tokens\, toiletries\, emergency food packs\, kettle packs (for people in emergency B&B’s. We can also provide additional summer or winter and rough sleeping items too. We aim to assist where we can. \n\nfor rough sleepers and people in emergency accommodation).\nFoodbank referrals\nFuel Voucher support when funding is available*\n\nIf someone comes with an issue we cannot resolve directly\, we connect them with the right service to ensure they get the support they need.
