Newbury Soup Kitchen was conceived in November 2016 whilst I volunteered at our local Foodbank. It came to my attention that local food provision for people homeless and vulnerable was not available every day, and there was a serious need for additional resources within Newbury and the surrounding area.
Food, fuel poverty and mental health issues are now worse than ever, donations are down and demand for support is up. Our long-term vision is to open a Community Centre in Newbury to provide a safe welcoming place for people in need. You can be a part of that story. We desperately need ‘Soup Dragons’ like you to help us, help those in need.

As a Newbury Soup Dragon, we will:
- Provide 2 tickets to our quarterly breakfast at The Vineyard (where you can network with local companies and check in on our progress in the community).
- Acknowledge your support at Newbury Soup Dragon events and any relevant interviews with the press.
- Place your company brand logo on our website and relevant marketing materials.
Social value in our community
Good business is more than making money. Governments, policymakers and the public are putting pressure on businesses (like yours) to do more for their surrounding community. We need your help to continue supporting those who are most vulnerable in our community.

Recognition
As a sponsor, Newbury Soup Kitchen (NSK) will generate more attention for your brand. We will launch a marketing campaign on our social media platforms that will direct our followers towards your company. We will also agree for you to use the NSK Logos on your website, social media and any sponsored event that your business hosts or attends.
