This is purely an OUTREACH SESSION only. Here we offer a wide range of vital services to support those facing challenges: Being homeless or having difficulties with housing shouldn’t prevent you from getting the health and support you need.
At our clinics, you can meet the Community Nurses if you need help with a mental health or physical condition.
All our outreach services are free of charge, ensuring support for those who need it most.

- PIP and UC application form support from Newbury Soup Kitchen outreach workers, to include form filling and phone calls.

- We can also offer pregnancy testing, and the Community Nurse can provide and advice and support.
- Dental referrals (by the community nurse)
- Fuel debt and Utility issue support
- Sovereign Housing and other Tenancy support rent arrears and general support
- Outreach workers from the Rough Sleeper Team of West Berkshire Council drop in too.

- Support opening bank accounts for people without an address
- Furry friends support for dogs who are also rough sleeping
Practical Help: Shower and laundry tokens, toiletries, emergency food packs, kettle packs (for people in emergency B&B’s. We can also provide additional summer or winter and rough sleeping items too. We aim to assist where we can.

If someone comes with an issue we cannot resolve directly, we connect them with the right service to ensure they get the support they need.
